The FBA is proud to launch a three-part leadership series just for NextGen leaders that will give you the practical tools to create great working relationships with all the people you interact with (yes, including family members).

This series is for you if you’re a NextGen leader who does any of the following:

  • You give feedback – either inside your firm, to family members or to external clients
  • You’d like to know how to learn from others, even when their feedback is off base, unfair, poorly delivered and you’re not in the mood
  • You want tools to prepare for high-stakes conversations
  • You want to take your work to the next level by utilizing your natural gifts and talents
