Succession may be the most difficult time in the life of every family business and there is no end to the advice one hears. It involves far more than just planning. With his over 30 years’ experience studying and working with family businesses, his explanations are easy to follow and rich with examples. Dr. Astrachan will explain how any family can implement success practices and is not afraid to examine the details of getting things done. He will also examine things that can be done form an early age to raise a family that will be committed to and lead well, the family business.
