Family Governance Series
Building Family Unity and Business Performance
As family businesses grow, it’s important to organize family and family owner voices to help communicate vision, values, and expectations for business performance in a singular voice. Family Governance Systems are effective for families of all sizes and can take shape at the kitchen table to the board room to large retreat facilities.
A healthy family organization provides a forum where all opinions are respectfully considered, and people trust the process outcome even when it varies from their initial point of view. Families who build understanding together have a greater chance of “prospering across generations.”
